The organisation of seminars, study days, general meetings, New Year’s receptions, award ceremonies, conferences or meetings at La Cité du Cinéma is structured around a dedicated product: the “Seminar Offer.”
Our standard services are based on the provision of dedicated spaces and associated services, including in particular:
Le Cinéma, a 427-seat auditorium fully equipped with a 150 m² stage (26 metres wide and 5.9 metres deep, with a possible 2-metre front extension), a 17 x 7.11 metre cinema screen, and three technical packages (sound, video and lighting), operated by a dedicated professional team.
A 115 m² foyer with a cloakroom designed for 427 guests, a versatile space (production office, meeting room or dressing room) located above the auditorium (83 m²), the Agnès Joui room, as well as an enclosed control room located on the mezzanine level.
A seminar space, Le Club, spanning 500 m² and designed to host your meetings and networking moments, complemented by a 287 m² foyer and two versatile meeting rooms equipped with furniture, flip charts, lecterns, coat racks and hangers, projectors, speakers and microphones for presentations.
A restaurant designed to host dining moments (seated or cocktail-style), with the option to extend your day with a drinks reception, dinner or an end-of-seminar evening event.
Six meeting rooms with natural daylight, adaptable to a wide range of uses (meetings, executive committees, production offices, breakout sessions) and formats. Each room can operate independently and is equipped with furniture and an interactive audiovisual system (85-inch Speechi touchscreen display on wheels, two MAUI speakers, one mixer and one wireless microphone).
A full-day package includes venue hire tailored to your seminar, technical equipment, furniture, welcome coffee, morning and afternoon breaks, lunch at the restaurant (three-course seated meal or cocktail-style), as well as all staff required to ensure the comfort and smooth running of your event.
Half-day packages are also available, as well as accommodation options in one of our nearby partner hotels.
